You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access and for all activity that occurs under your account.

- Attempting to access other users’ data
- Disrupting service availability or security
- Using the service for unlawful purposes
4) Plans and payments
Nythor may offer a free plan and paid upgrades (including lifetime plans). Payments are processed by our payment provider (e.g., Stripe).
Plan limits and included features may vary over time as the product evolves.
5) Your content
You retain ownership of the data you enter into Nythor (clients, invoices, deliverables). You grant us the rights necessary to host, process, and display that data to provide the service.
6) Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Nythor is not accounting or tax software. You are responsible for how you use outputs, reminders, exports, and invoice data.
7) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nythor will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
8) Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
